Toro Engineering was founded in 2002 by Eligio Toledo and Ronn Goldfine, thus the name TORO.

Our 150 years of combined experience in the office and field gives us the confidence and ability to complete a wide range of projects.We pride ourselves as being capable of fast track scheduling on projects with tight time lines without compromising quality or safety. This philosophy has brought us many repeat clients.
